I was born in the great state of Texas, but raised in the Natural State, the Land of Opportunity, the state where one can experience four seasonal changes in two days, Arkansas. My hobbies are running, hiking, reading, gardening and traveling. I’ve learned that southern hospitality goes a long way, especially when accompanied with a good cup of coffee.
My husband is my best friend, my kids are perfect, and you can’t tell me any different.
My three dogs, well that’s another story. They’re all rescues, so I always cut them some slack.
I try to face life with gratitude and wonder, because each day, in my opinion, is a precious gift.
Thanks for following Sawyer’s adventures! ~Uschi

I am from Conway Arkansas now living in Colorado Springs. I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s 2 weeks ago. I am Christian and a member of the community People of Praise since 1983. I live alone but have lots of support from my sisters. I also have PTSD from abuse in my childhood. I have been going to counseling for over 30 years. I take Zoloft. I would say that I am living fully alive resting in the arms of Jesus. He is my all in all. He blesses me so much daily. I see His hand blessing me so much always. He and I are one. My community is my family.
God bless you for all you do. I got your name from Kathy Kordismeir in conway. I am visiting her in June.
